You may notice that we use alternative privacy friendly captcha (to help filter out bots). We wanted very much to help limit the effects of malicious bot, but also to help preserve the privacy of our visitors, when they use the Contact Form (below). We use the hCaptcha tool to help keep this website “human”.

Why do we use hCaptcha for the Contact Form?

Among several considerations (we reviewed), they also state the following on their website:

Ad networks see your visitors as the product. hCaptcha doesn’t care who your users are, only how likely they are to be malicious. We support initiatives like Privacy Pass (Privacy Pass is an emerging standard for preserving user privacy that we are developing in conjunction with Cloudflare and others), and work hard to balance privacy and security.
